CANCELLATION POLICIES

Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 828-497-9151 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

  • RV & Tent Sites: 8 days cancellation notice is required.
  • Cabins: 15 days cancellation notice is required.
  • Holidays: 3 nights minimum stay. 30 days cancellation notice is required.
  • Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
